FLEP Trains 30 Young People in Nsuka on Entrepreneurship

As part of the Transformed Livelihood Project (TLP) 2025, FLEP recently held a three-day entrepreneurship training in Nsuka, Enugu State. 30 young people took part in the training.

During the sessions, these participants learned key concepts such as lean startup, value proposition, financial management and productivity.

The objective of the training is to increase their knowledge, improve their capacity to run businesses, and inspire them to see the opportunities around them.

By the end of the program, many participants said they had a new understanding of entrepreneurship. One of them is Sochima. She shared her experience saying, “I never would have believed that I can start a business without money.” This is also with other participants who now have a better understanding.

We believe the impact will go beyond the 30 participants. This is because the young people are showing confidence and the willingness to share what they’ve learned with others in the Nsuka community.
