Bringing Hope and Joy through FLEP Thrift Clothing at Angwan Miango Tudun Wada Jos

In the midst of the challenges faced by widows, orphans, and single mothers in the community of Angwan Miango Tudun Wada Jos, a glimmer of hope emerged during the Christmas season in 2023. These resilient women, struggling to make ends meet for their families, found solace during the Christmas outreach as they received relief materials from FLEP Thrift Clothing distribution led by Mrs Eucharia Atama.

Mrs Eucharia Atama in partnership with FLEP Nigeria were able to reach out to more than fifty women who received cloth items and food in Jos.
Clothes from the Christmas Outreach became a source of hope for these women and their children; their smiles and expressions of joy spoke volumes. The clothes and food items provided were more than material gifts; they were symbols of care and compassion in the face of dire economic circumstances.
The women expressed their heartfelt gratitude to God for the unexpected aid provided by FLEP Nigeria.

Aside from FLEP distributing and sharing these items to needy communities, some of these materials are given out at subsidized rate (support to FLEP) and in turn the funds raised are channeled towards empowering communities educationally, economically and even health wise. FLEP Thrift Store is not just filled with clothes but also with household utensils. FLEP Thrift Store is open for donations either clothes, kitchen utensils or other household items.
