Transforming Livelihood Project III

At Full Life Empowerment Programme (FLEP), we seek to empower people in communities through holistic development and to identify, train and resource vulnerable people in Nigeria. We target youth, women and children in rural communities.

FLEP seeks to raise the income earnings of women and youths in Ikare, Ondo state and Tafawa Balewa, Bauchi state respectively, through livelihood programs centred around;

  • Agriculture as a business,
  • Entrepreneurship skills training,
  • Mentorship and coaching,
  • Linkage to market and finance,
  • Financial management training.
Entrepreneur and Capacity Building Training

These activities are aimed at people in the rural and urban slums communities around Nigeria to help them live holistic and dignified lives.

It is believed that the majority of Nigerians still live in rural areas and that is where the pain of poverty strikes the most. The rural areas in Nigeria mainly comprise of subsistent farmers who are only able to earn money after their harvest. During the dry season, many families scavenge for daily jobs that will enable them to survive on a day to day basis.  TLP III aims to empower them with livestock that can help them augment their food, start a small livestock business and generally improve the wellbeing of their children.
