Full Life Empowerment Program (FLEP) is an initiative of The Navigators Nigeria, focused on capacity development. Consequently, we help our target groups acquire skills, knowledge, and other resources needed to improve their lives. The result is transformed and empowered people making an impact in society.
FLEP is a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria as an Incorporated Trustee.

Governance And Management
Board Of Directors
Governance, policy and management oversight is provided by the board of Directors. The members include Jonathan Hussaini, Manpan Wungak, Edwin Majam (Secretary), Emeka Ohahuru, Okike Offia and Obinna Okoye (Chairman).
The day to day management is carried out by the management team made up of Jonathan Hussaini (CEO), Tomisin Komolafe (Program Officer) Dafon Iliya (Accountant), Godwin Egbunu (M & E Officer), Fulani Emmanuel (Resource Mobilization and Business Writer), Bunmi Atteh (Communications Officer)
